FCC certified unknown hybrid CDMA / LTE-unit

On the site the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has documentation device LG M13 (probably internal markings). The files do not contain photos or user manual, so it is difficult to understand what it is. Indicated only that the device works in the networks of CDMA and LTE. LG M13 may represent a mobile phone / communicator, as well, such as a modem.

So far nothing is known about the characteristics of the device LG M13 and it is not clear when the dual model will go on sale. Usually, after the certification of FCC issue should be fairly soon. However, while commercial services in the standard 4G/LTE not running such a network in various regions of the world still are deployed and tested. Moreover, it is not clear from what the operator will act immediately and LTE-CDMA network. Presumably, this might be the Verizon Wireless in the United States.
