MTS Ukraine has launched a system of testing the quality of additional services

The mobile operator "MTS Ukraine" announced the launch of a test of the unified system for monitoring the quality of value added services operator.

Unified system of quality control VAS (Value Added Services) in real-time testing services of MTS in each region of Ukraine, both in terms of MTS, as well as subscribers of foreign operators who use the MTS roaming.

A similar system of quality control VAS is already working on a network of strategic partners MTS - operator Vodafone. As the operator, Vodafone results show that improve the quality of VAS can be, reducing downtime and time to detect and eliminate defects before launching additional services to commercial use.

Experts estimate the MTS system will improve the quality of the service operator to 1-1.5%. This is a good result, given the current relatively high level of quality VAS MTS. Moreover, the market has a tendency to increase consumption, so the launch of such systems is very relevant.

In Q1 2011 the share of revenues from VAS in total income has exceeded 30% compared to 24% over the same period of 2010. The highest dynamics was observed in the field of data transmission, in which revenue growth was 69% year over year and 25% - Quarterly.
