The company Sotelco, a subsidiary company in Cambodia JSC «VimpelCom», and Huawei Technologies announced today the signing of a contract for the construction of GSM network in Cambodia. Under the new framework agreement, Huawei, in including within 5 years will deploy a national mobile phone network for the company Sotelco. The new network, according to the companies that will allow subscribers Sotelco use more modern and innovative technologies and services throughout Cambodia.
