Companies Seiko and Sony today announced that are going to begin to discuss the establishment of the alliance between the two companies, who will manufacture small and sredneformatnyh LCD displays, as well as the possibility of productive assets Epson to Sony. The parties expect to conclude a final agreement, legally binding until the end of June 2009.
