Residents Of Aberdeen, South Dakota, To Benefit From Verizon Wireless Network Enhancements

New Cell Site Means Clearer Reception, Fewer Dropped Calls.

ABERDEEN, SD — Verizon Wireless, the wireless company with the highest customer loyalty, has activated a new cell site in Aberdeen, which will enable more customers to use their wireless phones concurrently to make calls; send and receive e-mail and text, picture and video messages; access the Internet; view high-quality videos; and download music, games and ringtones, while enjoying clearer reception and fewer dropped calls.

The new cell site, located near the intersection of Kline Street South and Railroad Avenue, improves coverage in downtown Aberdeen and throughout the surrounding area bounded by 18th Avenue northeast to the north, 10th Avenue southeast to the south, 390th Avenue to the east and west of the site three quarters of a mile.
