MyFestival, from the developer Little Big Ideas, presents an interactive map of the Roskilde Festival, one of the largest music events in all of Europe. This is a location based application that displays info about things near your position: whats playing next at the stage youre passing by, whats on offer in the shops youre passing by, where your friends are, etc. It enables users to get more out of the festival than ever before. MyFestival was funded by the Open Screen Project Fund, a $10 million joint market development fund between Adobe and Nokia designed to accelerate the creation of applications, content and services that leverage the Adobe Flash Platform and deliver a unified experience across mobile, desktop and consumer electronics devices.
