ASUS Eee PC 1201N: netbook with NVIDIA ION

Company ASUStek introduced a new netbook ASUS Eee PC 1201N. This 12-inch multimedia model with dual-core Intel Atom processor 330 and graphics core NVIDIA ION. Graphics NVIDIA provides enough performance in computer games and full support for HD-formats. To further accelerate such compute-intensive tasks like video editing or transcoding a technology NVIDIA CUDA.

Eee PC 1201N comes with a software module ArcSoft SimHD, which converts standard video to high definition video (HD). Being built-in player ArcSoft TotalMedia Theater, this module enhances image quality and supports a number of different file formats. You can view HD-video on the 12.1-inch screen netbook, or connect it to a TV and 7.1 audio system with built-in HDMI.

Digitized multimedia materials, usually require much space, so the Eee PC 1201N is equipped with a 250-gigabyte hard drive, and also allows use of up to 500 gigabytes of online storage ASUS WebStorage.
