Nokia is developing a partnership with developers to create new services and applications for cards Ovi

The company Nokia introduced the first results of cooperation with partners in the development of new applications and services for Maps Ovi, created based on the beta version of a set of software tools Ovi SDK. Examples of new services and applications are demonstrated in the framework of the VI International Conference Mobile VAS Conference, which takes place November 19-20, 2009 in St. Petersburg. To date, Nokia has reached agreements with several partners in the project «Ovi for Developers», in which the company has invited developers to join the beta program set Ovi SDK. For developers new opportunities became available after the launch of beta version of Ovi SDK, including API-interfaces Ovi, which allow to integrate the functional mapping and navigation services to Nokia's own Internet-based applications, using the API-interfaces such as Ovi Maps Player and Ovi Navigation Player. As a result of the integration of the user can obtain additional benefits from the use of navigation services Maps Ovi.

Currently, work has begun on the following applications for cards Ovi:
