Smartbuk ASUS once again called into question

We have already mentioned in the news that the company ASUSTeK Computer has decided to enter the market smartbukov. This is even stated CEO Jerry Shen (Jerry Shen). Issue smartbuka ASUS planned for the first quarter of this year. But now the company seems to have changed his opinion. At least, chairman Johnny Shih (Jonney Shih) expressed doubts as to whether or not ASUSTeK work on this model.

As is known, smartbuki usually based on the ARM processor and running of any distributions of Linux. They also have advanced communication capabilities, are compact and inexpensive. And yet, despite these advantages smartbukov, users may not be ready to move from traditional Intel and ARM on Windows and Linux, according to John Shea. Thus, the question of the release smartbuka ASUS is still open.
