The mobile operator MTS has announced the completion of the next stage of integration of MTS and the "Comstar", as well as the transfer of all branches of the "Comstar-regions" in a unified billing platform that the company believes, will ensure uniform standards of service for fixed-line subscribers of MTS Group in the future will provide converged services based on a single account for mobile and fixed networks.
MTS has implemented a single billing solution across the network «Comstar-regions", which serves customers in more than 100 cities in Russia. Users of broadband Internet access and pay TV, as well as mobile subscribers of MTS can now control the account balance, to solve problems with credit, formation and change in a range of services in the contact center MTS or any of the salons of the operator throughout Russia.
Single billing solution implemented on the basis of an integration platform LANBilling Supervise. As part of the integration of fixed and mobile businesses MTS plans before the end of 2011 translated into a single platform based on LANBilling Supervise, subscribers "Multiregion" and other subsidiaries of broadband providers. After completing the unification of billing platforms that decision will be integrated with the mobile billing and MTS.
