VimpelCom has published its financial and operating results for 2011


Telecom operator VimpelCom, presented the financial and operating results for 2011, which states that it has provided a significant organic revenue growth and strong operating cash flow.

Key figures and major events in 2011 :

The total subscriber base in the mobile segment grew by 13% over the same period last year to 205 million
Organic revenue growth was 5% year on year, the Company's revenues in Q4 2011 amounted to 5.9 billion U.S. dollars
Stable year on year rate EBITDA (excluding currency fluctuations) in the 4th quarter of 2011 amounted to U.S. $ 2.2 billion
On a net loss, which falls on VimpelCom, amounting to 386 million U.S. dollars had a negative effect of charges unrelated to the outflow of funds in the amount of U.S. $ 437 million relating to the allocation of the purchase price of Wind Telecom and losses on impairment of assets
