Research firm IDC conducted a market analysis of operating systems for mobile phones, reports Reuters. While there has been a marked increase in the number of devices running Android, in Western Europe, the key for the operating system market, how to take a strong position to continue to fail. Although compared with the period from July to September, the share increased from 4,2% to 5,4%, it is still very small compared to Symbian, which is not less than 48% of the market.
