Tsann Kuen, a major retail chain of IT products and consumer electronics in Taiwan, will reenter the China market from which it withdrew in 2005, according to the company.
It will set up a new chain of stores combining IT and consumer electronics retail sales with travel agent service operated by its subsidiary Travel Star, the company said.
Tsann Kuen is setting up 10 stores in the Shanghai area, six in Xiamen and one in Dalian, with the stores expected to be established by the end of September 2009.
