Mobile operator MTS-Ukraine has announced the completion of the project on the introduction of the electronic archive based on the ECM-integrated solutions.
As the operator, introduction of an electronic archive of a centralized repository of electronic copies of paper documents. In the electronic document repository organized, the information in them kategoriruetsya that allows, if necessary, for a minimum period of time to search and retrieval of data.
With the help of an integrated ECM-solutions in the company an opportunity of processing up to 1 million copies, scan documents per year. The system is used for storing and categorizing contracts for provision of mobile services, concluded with the clients of MTS, related documents such as copies of registration documents or powers of attorney, as well as applications and writing to the subscribers to the company.
Project implementation ECM-solutions in the MTS-Ukraine carried out the central office «Galaxy» in Ukraine, which provided a comprehensive implementation of the project, which consists of 4 stages:
1.Obsledovanie existing document management and electronic archives in the MTS-Ukraine and the development of functional requirements for its modernization company «Synergy Consulting».
2.Modernizatsiya existing equipment, supply of equipment: scanners from ABBYY and servers from IBM.
3.Postavka software companies ABBYY, IBM and Galantis.
4.Adaptatsiya software company Galantis, as well as migration of existing data.
According to the operator, to date in the electronic archive contains more than 5.5 million documents. The total amount of storage of image files, is currently more than 1 TB (terabytes). Each month in the electronic archive is added to 100 thousand new documents.
