Company «Samsung Electronics Ukraine" announced the beginning of a new service to customers service centers for servicing mobile phones. In cases where the repair will take more than a day, users will be given phone numbers of the same class to replace.
According to the company, the practice of work in the service centers spread abroad, particularly in Korea, and therefore it will seek to introduce in Ukraine to the highest international standards of service, and the next step in this direction was the launch of this initiative.
The new service will be available in ten exclusive service centers Samsung, located in eight Ukrainian cities: Kiev (three service center), Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Lvov, Odessa, Simferopol and Kharkiv. Specialists service centers will independently assess the client's phone and, based on the value and class repaired model to issue a replacement machine.
