The XCode(R) 3000 series, an advanced MPEG4 AVC (MPEG4 Part 10/H.264) Transcoder/Encoder/Decoder System-on-a-Chip (SoC), has led the way in the CE, STB and PVR Recorder markets by being the first and only single-chip hardware transcoder shipping in all markets with leading manufacturers such as Hitachi, Sony, Sharp, Samsung, Dell and NEC.
