Taiwan government expects WiMAX production value to increase 2-3 fold in 2010

The Taiwan government is still committed to the further development of the WiMAX industry, predicting the production value of WiMAX devices by Taiwan makers to increase by 2-3 fold in 2010 from the NT$10.2 billion (US$314.8 million) projected for 2009, according to a ranking official of the Industrial Development Bureau (IDB) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA).
