VideoPhone - the possibility of communication for deaf people

To work videophone need an account on service VZO, which does not require additional payment, that is, users only pay for internet traffic.

Using a videophone, people with hearing impairments can communicate with friends at a distance, and report emergency situations in sign language. Although the project is in testing, many of the deaf have been able to assess its advantages and actively use the first videophone.
