Taiwan market: Microsoft ties up with Senao to promote Windows 7 and Windows Mobile OS

Microsoft will team up with Taiwan-based Senao International, an IT and telecom retain chain, to promote its newly released Windows 7 and Windows Mobile operating systems, according to the companies.

Initially, Senao will showcase a number of Windows 7- and Windows Mobile-based hardware products to promote Microsoft's software systems at its 217 business outlets around Taiwan, according to Senao.

The products on display will include Acer's AOD 205 netbook, HTC's Touch2 smartphone, and Garmin-Asus M20 smartphone, indicated Senao, stating it will cooperate with other vendors to promote sales of Windows 7- and Windows Mobile-based products in the future.
