External hard drives from Samsung with USB 3.0 interface is already in the Russian market

Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. is on the Russian market a new line of external hard drives, including portable and desktop models M2 M3.

All new items submitted to differ modern design, support USB 2.0 or hyper-interface USB 3.0. It is characterized by high data rates - up to 5 gigabits per second, while USB 2.0 interface offers 480 megabits per second.

The new portable hard drive M2 offers customers up to 1 TB of memory in a compact and portable package. The disc has an attractive design with curved sides for easy location in the hand and Scandinavian motifs in the decoration. Undulating body has a matte coating that protects against scratches and fingerprints. In Russia, the drive is available in three colors: brown-black, noble beige and gray mist.

New desktop external hard drive Samsung M3 can offer up to 2 terabytes of internal storage. Rounded corners provide more compact housing when placed on the table, and the LEDs in the bottom of the display mode of the disc. New desktop external hard drive is presented in black and beige.

New external hard drives, M-series went to the Russian market in June 2011 for an estimated retail price of 1,780 rubles for a model HX-M320UAB, 320 GB.
