The South Korean company Samsung Electronics has officially announced that today will submit a request for a preliminary injunction in the courts of Paris and Milan against sales of Apple iPhone 4S in the markets of France and Italy.
The lawsuit Samsung will be linked to a violation of two patents the company, affecting the telecommunication technology, and in particular WCDMA - 3G modern mobile standard.
As the company claims Samsung, Apple, still violate our intellectual property rights and on the "freebies" are using our technology. We believe that now is the time to submit the case to court to protect our innovations.
Samsung plans to file a preliminary injunction and in other countries after further consideration of the subjects of claims.
