1. The promoter of the Sony Ericsson Xperia Cashback Offer is Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB (Nya Vattentornet, SE-22188 Lund, Sweden). Please do not send claim forms to this address.

2. Offer open to residents of the UK only, except employees and immediate families of the promoter, its subsidiaries or affiliated companies, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.


3. Customers that purchased an Xperia™ arc (LT15i), Xperia™ arc S (LT18i) or Xperia™ ray (ST18i) from an authorised Sony Ericsson reseller located in the UK between 12 December 2011 and 31 December 2011 (inclusive) are entitled to submit a claim for their £25 cashback – see below for further details. Successful claimants will have their cashback provided by cheque from Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB. Claims for cashback on purchases made outside this timeframe will be rejected. Cashback will be paid in sterling only.

4. To claim your cashback, please send your completed claim form, together with your printed receipt to: Sony Ericsson Xperia™ Cashback Promotion, PO Box 100, Diss, Norfolk IP98 1SY.

5. All claim forms should be received by midnight on 31 January 2012. No claim forms will be accepted after this date.

7. All Sony Ericsson products are subject to availability.

8. The cashback is only available on Sony Ericsson products which have been supplied and distributed by Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB within the UK.

9. A claim for cashback cannot be validly made in respect of a Sony Ericsson product where a customer returns it to the retailer, receives a full refund or cancels their contract during the “cooling off” period allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations period.

10. Only claim forms accompanied by original printed sales receipts will be accepted. Handwritten receipts will not be accepted. We suggest you make copies of all documents before posting them and send claims via ‘recorded signed for’ or ‘registered’ post.

11. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No responsibility can be accepted for claim forms lost, damaged or delayed in transit.

12. Illegible or altered claim forms will be deemed void, as will claim forms not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

13. It is the responsibility of the claimant to take good care of the cheque provided by Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications AB and to bank or cash this whilst it is still valid. No replacement will be issued.


14. We reserve the right to withhold and/or refuse payment of the cashback where we suspect that any false or fraudulent claim is being made or where a claim has been made which does not comply with these terms.

15. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This promotion is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

16. We reserve the unconditional right to withdraw the promotion at any time without notice. All products are subject to availability.

17. The promotion is not available in conjunction with any other Sony Ericsson promotion.

18. There is no credit, cash or product alternative to the payment of the cashback.

You enter this promotion at your own risk and the promoter takes no responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by you as a result of entering this promotion provided that nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude the promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused as a result of its negligence.
