Gateway LT4004u: low-cost netbook Intel Cedar Trail


The company Gateway, which is owned by Acer, has introduced a new netbook platform, Intel Cedar Trail. The model, called Gateway LT4004u is based on dual-core 1.6-GHz Intel Atom N2600 processor with integrated graphics Intel GMA 3600 and Windows 7 Starter Edition, it is already available at Best Buy for $ 279.99. It is worth noting that while the U.S. is not particularly sold a lot of netbooks based on Intel Cedar Trail.

Gateway LT4004u Netbook is equipped with 10-inch display with 1024 x 600 pixels, 1 GB of RAM DDR3, 250 GB hard drive, supports network connections, Wi-Fi and Ethernet. In addition, it includes three port USB 2.0, HDMI and VGA, and 6-cell battery that provides up to 8 hours on one charge unit.
