Samsung SPH-M8400: communicator with the support WiBro, WCDMA and Wi-Fi

The South Korean operator KT announced that a new communicator Samsung SPH-M8400 will be released towards the end of this year. The device implements the concept of 3W, offering three types of communication: WiBro, WCDMA and Wi-Fi. By the way, this spring was released predecessor, the new device - WM-communicator for networks WiBro Samsung SCH-M8300. He sold another South Korean operators - SK Telecom. However, the Samsung SCH-M8300 did not support Wi-Fi.

According to KT, it 3W-communicator is designed primarily for Internet access through hot spots Wi-Fi Nespot, and VoIP-telephony. It is hoped that after the release of the local market, the company Samsung introduced products 3W, which can work in traditional mobile networks, WiMax, and outside South Korea.
